Travel Terms and Conditions
Learn more about your rights as a Skyward passenger and about our responsibilities as an airline. We know these pages are detailed however they contain helpful information you may be interested in reviewing before your next trip.
When you buy a ticket for travel on Skyward, you enter into a contract of carriage with us. Here you can read a summary of some of the key terms and conditions of your contract. The full terms and conditions are set out in our Tariffs below.
1. Review Itinerary
Please review your travel itinerary provided by Skyward Express Ltd upon receipt. You should contact Skyward Express Ltd within 24 hours of receipt of your itinerary should you have any questions.

Note that changes to reservations may be subject to change fees and/or other charges and may not be available on all fare types, as stated in Skyward’s Fare & Fees Policy.
2. Required Identification
To board a flight, all domestic passengers are required to present one piece of valid government-issued ID or passport that shows their name and date of birth.
3. Check In Deadline
Getting to the airport, completing check-in and going through security takes time, so we recommend arriving at the airport as early as possible as; no later than 45 minutes prior to a domestic flight .
Note: It is recommended that documents and medication be packed in your carry-on baggage, as Skyward Express Ltd will not be responsible for their loss, damage or delay. For additional information, please refer to Baggage Information section.
4. No transportation of Pets on Skyward Express Flights
For safety reasons, dangerous articles must not be packed in checked or carry-on baggage. Skyward will not accept fragile, valuable or perishable articles including the following must be declared;
