Ticket Terms and Conditions

 


1.All fares are Non-refundable.

2.Skyward Express reserves the right to change departure times or carrier when so required for operational‚ weather or safety reasons.

3.Skyward Express is not responsible for any direct or consequential costs resulting from any delays to its services and particularly if a delay results in missing a connection to another carrier-domestic or international. Skyward express only guarantees a connection to another flight operated by Skyward Express.

4.Itinerary changes on a confirmed ticket must be made by sending an email to reservations@skywardexpress.co.ke

5.Reservation changes must be done 12 hours prior to the flight departure time. If this is not done and the passenger doesn’t travel then the entire fare is forfeited.

6.Change of reservation (Date & Time) is allowed at USD 20 per person and if at the time of change the original fare is not available‚ the next higher fare will be applicable hence a fare difference charged.

7.Name changes allowed at a fee of USD 30 per person.

8.Re-routing amendments allowed at USD 35 per person and if there’s fare difference‚ passenger will be required to top up.

9.Check-in counter Opens 1hr 30mins prior to the flight departure time and Closes 40mins to the departure time.

10.No-show tickets are Non-reusable and Non-refundable.

11.At check-in‚ all Passengers are required to produce acceptable form of identification with a photograph i.e. National I.D card or Passport. For minors (below age of 18yrs) and infants (0-23months) a copy of either Birth Certificate or Birth Notification will be required.

12.Baggage allowance is limited to 20Kgs per person (5Kgs hand luggage & 15Kgs checked-in luggage).

13.Infants not paying for a seat‚ are not entitled to baggage allowance.

14.Excess baggage will be charged at Kes 350/- per kilo and will only be carried subject to space availability.

15.Skyward Express ticket is valid for 3 months from the first date of service.

16.All firearms and/or ammunition must be declared at the check-in counter

17.Skyward Express is a Non-Approved Dangerous Goods Carrier

18.Reprint of boarding passes shall attract a fee of USD 20 per passenger

19.Expectant Mother’s between 29 and 35 weeks pregnant must present a doctor's note issued within 48 hours prior to their flight departure in order to fly. 20.New Mothers –Within 7 days after birth. Doctor’s approval certificate required declaring the passenger fit to travel by air. Passenger shall be required to fill in a Skyward Express Medical Declaration Form‚ please visit www.skywardexpress.co.ke/newmothers-form

21.New born babies are NOT allowed to travel in pressurized cabins until 7 days after their birth.
